Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility Period: We accept returns of women’s summer clothing (sundresses, linen tops, shorts) and sandals within 14 calendar days of delivery—confirmed via carrier tracking—to align with summer shopping timelines (e.g., post-vacation returns).​
  1. Summer Clothing Condition Requirement: Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains (e.g., sunscreen, beach sand) or wear (e.g., stretched linen hems). Original tags and packaging (garment bags for dresses) must remain intact.​
  1. Sandal Condition Requirement: Sandals must have no signs of wear (e.g., scuffed soles, bent straps) and include original shoe boxes or dust bags. Protective stickers on soles must not be removed.​
  1. Non-Returnable: Final-Sale Items: Clearance summer items (marked “Final Sale”)—e.g., discounted strappy sandals, end-of-season sundresses—are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.​
  1. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 days. Refunds exclude original shipping fees—unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective summer clothing). We’ll email you once the refund is initiated.​
  1. Non-Returnable: Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Summer undergarments (e.g., seamless tops) or sandals tried on without socks are non-returnable if hygiene packaging is opened.​

  1. Return Initiation Step 2: Include 1–2 photos of the item—for clothing, show tags and fabric; for sandals, capture soles and straps—to verify condition and speed up approval.​
  1. Return Authorization (RA) Issuance: We review requests within 2 business days. Approved returns receive an RA number and our Hong Kong warehouse address via email.​
  1. RA Label Requirement: Write the RA number clearly on the return package. Packages without an RA number will be held unprocessed, and we won’t liable for lost items.​
  1. Summer Clothing Packaging Tip: Fold linen tops/dresses to avoid wrinkles; use original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.​
  1. Sandal Packaging Tip: Wrap sandals in tissue paper to protect straps; place in original box to maintain shape—critical for structured styles (e.g., platform sandals).​
  1. Customer-Paid Shipping: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., “Changed mind about sandal color”), you cover shipping fees. Use a trackable carrier (e.g., DHL) for proof of delivery.​
  1. Our Error: Prepaid Shipping: If we send the wrong item (e.g., size M dress instead of L) or a defective product (e.g., broken sandal straps), we provide a prepaid shipping label via email.​
